Refund & Deposit Policy

This Refund & Deposit Policy applies to all services provided by StarGrafix Marketing LLC, including services offered under the StarGrafix brand (vehicle wraps, boat wraps, storefront wraps, wall murals, and related large-format printing) and the Event Dance Floor brand (custom dance floors, event signage, and related event services). By placing a deposit or making any payment to StarGrafix Marketing LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this policy.

1. Deposit Requirement

All projects require a non-refundable deposit before any design work, material procurement, scheduling, or production begins. The deposit amount is determined at the time of quoting based on the scope, complexity, and timeline of the project:

The specific deposit amount for your project will be stated in your written quote or invoice. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of this policy and confirms your booking.

2. Payment Plans & Balance Due

StarGrafix Marketing LLC works with clients to accommodate flexible payment schedules toward the remaining balance, subject to the following conditions:

  • The full balance must be paid no later than the day of service delivery (installation day for wraps; event date for dance floors).
  • For dance floor events booked more than 30 days in advance, the full balance is due no later than 30 days before the event date.
  • Work will not begin, materials will not be ordered, and delivery will not be scheduled until the deposit is received and cleared.
  • Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking, forfeiture of the deposit, and release of the reserved date to other clients.

3. Non-Refundable Deposit

All deposits paid to StarGrafix Marketing LLC are strictly non-refundable. This policy exists because the deposit covers real, immediate costs incurred by StarGrafix Marketing LLC upon booking, including but not limited to:

  • Design time, mockups, and revisions performed by our design team
  • Material procurement (vinyl, substrates, printing supplies)
  • Reservation and blocking of installation or delivery dates on our production calendar
  • Administrative processing and project coordination

These costs are incurred regardless of whether the client proceeds with the project. Cancellation by the client after the deposit has been paid does not entitle the client to a refund of any portion of the deposit.

4. Cancellations

Clients may cancel a booking at any time by notifying StarGrafix Marketing LLC in writing (email to [email protected]). The following cancellation terms apply:

5. Rescheduling

We understand that event dates and project timelines sometimes change. StarGrafix Marketing LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. The following conditions apply:

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the originally scheduled service date.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the same date will be available.
  • One complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking. Subsequent reschedules may incur a rescheduling fee.
  • Rescheduling does not entitle the client to a refund of any amounts already paid.
  • Requests received fewer than 7 days before the service date may be treated as a cancellation at StarGrafix Marketing LLC's discretion.

6. Completed Work — No Refunds After Delivery

Once a service has been delivered and accepted by the client (including vehicle wrap installation, dance floor delivery and setup, or any other completed service), no refunds will be issued. By accepting delivery of the completed work, the client acknowledges satisfaction with the service as performed.

If the client believes there is a defect in workmanship, the client must notify StarGrafix Marketing LLC in writing within 48 hours of service delivery. We will assess the reported issue and, if a workmanship defect is confirmed, we will repair or correct the work at no additional charge. Refunds will not be issued for completed work under any circumstances.

7. Color & Design Variations

Digital proofs, mockups, and on-screen color representations are approximations only. Due to inherent differences between digital displays (monitors, phones, tablets) and physical printing and vinyl materials, exact color matching between digital proofs and the final printed product cannot be guaranteed. Minor variations in color, tone, or finish are normal and expected in the large-format printing and vinyl wrap industry and do not constitute a defect.

Clients who require strict color accuracy are encouraged to request a physical sample or proof print before final production. Refunds will not be issued for color variation within industry-standard tolerances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of StarGrafix Marketing LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents, for any claim arising out of or related to services provided, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

StarGrafix Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of data, reputational harm, emotional distress, or third-party claims, even if StarGrafix Marketing LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Specifically, StarGrafix Marketing LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing paint, surface, or structural conditions on vehicles, boats, walls, or floors prior to wrap or installation
  • Damage resulting from improper care, cleaning, or maintenance of wraps after installation
  • Color fading, lifting, or deterioration caused by exposure to extreme weather, chemicals, or conditions beyond normal use
  • Incidents, injuries, or property damage occurring at events where Event Dance Floor products are used, which are the responsibility of the event organizer and venue
  • Delays caused by third-party suppliers, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

9. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

By making a payment to StarGrafix Marketing LLC, the client agrees to contact us directly at [email protected] or (645) 223-2594 to resolve any dispute before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card issuer.

Initiating a chargeback for a non-refundable deposit or for completed services constitutes a breach of this agreement. StarGrafix Marketing LLC reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and to submit this policy, along with all communications, invoices, signed agreements, and proof of service delivery, as evidence to the relevant financial institution.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
