2. About StarGrafix Marketing
StarGrafix Marketing LLC ("StarGrafix," "we," "us," or "our") is a Miami-based marketing and graphics company specializing in vehicle wraps, boat wraps, storefront graphics, wall murals, food truck wraps, and event dance floors through its brand Event Dance Floor. Our services are available to customers in Miami, Florida and surrounding areas.
3. Services
StarGrafix Marketing provides graphic design, vinyl wrap installation, and event rental services. All service agreements, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are subject to separate written agreements or quotes provided to individual clients. Information on our Sites is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or contract.
4. StarGrafix Social Poster — TikTok Application
StarGrafix Marketing LLC operates a TikTok application called StarGrafix Social Poster. The StarGrafix Social Poster is an internal business tool used exclusively by StarGrafix Marketing LLC to schedule and publish social media content to our own TikTok accounts (StarGrafix Marketing and Event Dance Floor). By using or interacting with any content published through the StarGrafix Social Poster app, you agree to TikTok's own Terms of Service. We do not use the StarGrafix Social Poster app to collect data from TikTok users. Use of the app is subject to TikTok's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sites, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of StarGrafix Marketing LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Sites without our express written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Sites for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Sites. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Sites or any systems or networks connected to the Sites.
